  1. Final Camera-Ready Paper [Revised Manuscript]
  2. Publishing Agreement
  3. Payment Acknowledgement Screenshot.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Until 25 February 2023 – 20% administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds

From 26 February 2023 no refund can be processed

General Cancellation Conditions

  • All cancellations must be notified in writing (by email) to Conference Chair and cannot be done online or over the phone.
  • Requests for refunds made after 26 February 2023 will not be considered.
  • No conference fee transfers to any colleague/co-researcher are allowed.
