Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Until 8 November, 2023 – 20% administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds
From 9 November, 2023 no refund can be processed
General Cancellation Conditions
- All cancellations must be notified in writing (by email) to Conference Chair and cannot be done online or over the phone.
- Requests for refunds made after 9 November, 2023 will not be considered.
- No conference fee transfers to any colleague/co-researcher are allowed.
